Point-of-contact for MPPs and their staff to assist constituents with issues related to municipal affairs, land-use planning, the building code, and housing. Managed relationships between MPPs, the ministry, and the minister, and advised the minister on regional issues and priorities. Assembled communications packages for MPPs on investments and top.

Managed an MPP's constituency office and schedule. Worked with constituents and helped them with issues under provincial jurisdiction, including OHIP coverage, approval for training programs for those who were unemployed, and mental health supports. Wrote correspondence for the MPP, including emails and newsletters, and organized and attended local events.

Conducted data analysis and wrote custom reports for research projects. Contributed to syndicated reports, including The Environmental Barometer and Focus Canada. Assisted with questionnaire design, research proposals, one-on-one research interviews, and public consultations. Proofread public affairs reports.

Led recruitment, training, and registration of 106 Ontario candidates in the 2004 and 2006 general elections, 2004 being the party's first full slate of candidates in Ontario in a federal election. Organized and taught campaign strategy and riding development workshops. Recruited and trained volunteers to organize and register riding associations; doubled.

Responsible for the placement and rotation of 450 electricians on sites across the GTA. Interviewed and selected apprentices to be sponsored by the company, and managed relationship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union and the Apprenticeship Council. Served as a member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. Successfully.
