Act as a liaison between many departments including but not limited to; finance, HR, Service Contract Sales, Product Sales, Accounts Receivable, Account Management, Service Management, Risk Management, and Upper Management. Input, verify, correct, and analyze data. Providing various metrics daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly to upper management. Major software applications used are Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Discoverer, and Microsoft office.

Interview, hire, train, counsel, review, terminate (If necessary), and manage up to 15 employees. Liaison between parent company and partnered location. Resolve customer service escalations to end in a win-win situation for customer, company, and partnered site. Drive excellence in customer service and build team morale.
