With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a seasoned and passionate fixed operations expert who leads and supports the regional wholesale team at Nissan Motor Corporation. My mission is to create and execute strategic marketing and business plans that increase fixed operations sales, profitability, and customer retention for Nissan and INFINITI dealers in the Southeast Region.As the Regional Wholesale Manager, our region has four Wholesale District Managers who oversee 181 wholesale program dealers. Communication and collaboration are key for our team to stay focused on assisting dealers with increasing their business. We have produced consistent wholesale collision and mechanical sales growth. Our dynamic reporting allows us to facilitate strategic planning and data-driven decision making. My cross-functional experience in the dealership, office, and field allows me to build trust and rapport with dealers and stakeholders.
