Beth Bruce is the Senior Director of Communications for the Revenue and Product Organization at America's largest retailer and Fortune's top-ranked company. She leads the communication strategies for new revenue-generating businesses which include Walmart Connect, Walmart+, and Walmart Data Ventures which help to reshape Walmart’s business model by fueling growth that can be reinvested back into the core retail business, while also providing critical services for advertisers, suppliers, sellers and emerging brands and enhancing the customer/member experience.Prior to this, Beth led communications for Walmart's Chief Marketing Officer. Her work was pivotal in building trust among customers, driving growth, and strengthening the brand reputation of Walmart. Beth also played a key role in developing the go-to-market and brand strategy for Walmart Connect, the company's US advertising business. Before joining Walmart, she held a leadership position in marketing at eBay advertising, where she built a ground-up field marketing team focused on driving adoption of ad solutions for Fortune 500 advertisers. Beth began her professional journey in account management where she gained invaluable experience supporting an array of brands, including Microsoft, T-Mobile and The Oakland Raiders. Over a career spanning two decades, Beth has amassed a wealth of experience in marketing communications. Known for her knack for building high-performance teams, Beth has consistently delivered marketing and communication strategies that drive tangible business results and enhance brand reputation.She is a proud alumna of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
