Elizabeth “Beth” McGuffin, M.Ed. has a passion for learning, teaching, and coaching. Her teaching philosophy is that every student is unique and learning should be fun! She strives to patiently help her students and clients to laugh as they learn so they can integrate new knowledge more quickly.She has had the joy of teaching, tutoring, and coaching students from around the world for over 20 years, and homeschooled her daughter for 6 years. Her credentials include a TESOL Certification, a Master’s Degree in Teaching & Learning: Special Education, a Graduate Certificate in e-learning Technology and Design: Instructional Design, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has supported a diverse group of native and non-native English speakers including those with ADD/ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, dyslexia, dysgraphia, mild Autism, speech impairments, and physical challenges. After awakening to the power of an open heart, she became an internationally known Amazon best-selling author, speaker, and workshop leader. She currently teaches Book Writing and Publishing as well as English Language Arts and English as a Second Language to domestic and international students.
