Promoted in 2022 to Event Planner for custom on-site training events. Manages and sources course site selections, contract negotiations, event logistics, catering, AV, and budget management. Directs all aspects of Root Cause Analysis training courses which are conducted publicly and internationally. Serves as liaison in initial preparation with vendors and major shipping companies.Drives implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness. Works alongside the Operations Manager and instructors to continue to improve meeting/course processes and improve attendees experience.Plans, leads, and executes 100 course meetings each FY with a high level of accuracy. Established relationships with more than 100 vendors.Member of a team which meets and collaborates with senior management and travels to meet onsite vendors to execute an annual Global Summit Meeting of up to 375 attendees. Advises and collaborates with management about upcoming course schedules or course changes. Originates annual public course and shipping schedules for the company.Oversees preparation of shipping materials both internal and external, reviews and prepares shipping documentation within the U.S. and Internationally.Organizes the reconciliation of each course cost summary. Analyzes departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing. Works directly with registration and accounting department to achieve successful course registration and course directives.
