For over a decade I have been coaching and developing leaders in a wide range of businesses - from small family-owned companies to global Fortune 100s - in a variety of industries: manufacturing, technology, retail, healthcare, education, professional services and food and beverage. I have provided training and coaching to thousands of individual contributors, front-line managers, mid-level leaders and executive leaders and their teams. I practice what I teach. I live my work in my personal and professional life, and at the core of what I do, I believe people matter and want to feel seen, heard, known, valued and appreciated. When they do, it brings out their best.☞ Why I do what I do:I help leaders and teams function at their best by focusing on their people. With people-centered leadership, we see better results, experience higher commitment from teams, and increase engagement, productivity and job satisfaction. I work with leaders to strengthen their interpersonal skills and create awareness around the power of mindset, so that they are able to continue to grow and develop and facilitate that growth in others. I do this work because changing a leader’s life, and equipping the leader with new skills and insights, creates a ripple effect that profoundly impacts the entire organizations, as well as their home life and ultimately, the world. ☞ How I do it:People want information that is relevant and applicable – and a learning environment where we can relate, feel comfortable sharing, have fun, and leave inspired to learn more and take action. That’s exactly what I create. I am widely known for taking seemingly complex information and turning it into easy-to-understand and life changing practices. I utilize a combination of 1:1 coaching, group facilitation, instructor-led trainings and online resources to create the right leadership development program based on each companies’ organizational and individual needs and goals. I draw on my experience in education, non-profits, and corporate leadership development and training to impart practical and effective tools and guidance for improving the way leaders lead.
