For over a decade I have been coaching and developing leaders in a wide range of businesses - from small family-owned companies to global Fortune 100s - in a variety of industries: manufacturing, technology, retail, healthcare, education, professional services and food and beverage. I have provided training and coaching to thousands of individual contributors, front-line managers, mid-level leaders and executive leaders and their teams. I practice what I teach. That’s exactly what I create. I am widely known for taking seemingly complex information and turning it into easy-to-understand and life changing practices. I utilize a combination of 1:1 coaching, group facilitation, instructor-led trainings and online resources to create the right leadership development program based on each companies’ organizational and individual needs and goals. I draw on my experience in education, non-profits, and corporate leadership development and training to impart practical and effective tools and guidance for improving the way leaders lead.
