About Beth Watkins
One of my favorite childhood memories is mixing up condiments and anything I could find to make “special” concoctions (my parents were less than thrilled!). I always thought my dream was to be a Chemist, discover a cure for a disease and make an impact on the world. In time, I understood that my dream was actually to help others and make a difference. I realized that the possibilities are endless for this!I love combining my analytical mind and problem solving abilities with my passion for helping others to accomplish goals. My favorite is guiding a team member to success through teaching and sharing knowledge; it is very rewarding for both of us! I believe that people are the heart of every business and am proud that I have led and developed over 15 associates that have accepted promotions. I am an honest, caring and enthusiastic leader that is constantly learning. I have a tendency to gravitate toward fast-paced environments where there is opportunity for improvement. I enjoy finding both short and long-term solutions to problems, as well as partnering with as many people/teams as it takes to implement them. I appreciate all of the relationships that have formed because of these opportunities!After my mom passed in 2020 I decided to shift my focus to myself. This was exactly what I needed! I learned some new skills and am now ready to jump back into my next leadership role! I look forward to using my new skills (SQL and leading without a direct line of management) to lead a new group in a creative and innovative organization. I am always happy to discuss any opportunities where I am able to help!
