I am part of a self-managed team of LMS Administrators serving the global enterprise for 5 business units. My day-to-day work includes collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and implement training programs which include loading and testing content, creating dynamic assignments, creating reports, and training admins to manage their programs post-launch. As a system administrator, I also review quarterly releases, manage security roles, manage portal preferences, manage our Salesforce helpdesk queue for Tier 2, manage the learning portal SharePoint page, edit custom pages in Cornerstone, and set up self-registration for Extended Enterprise. The best part of every day is the appreciation I receive from helping a customer to navigate the complexities of the LMS and solve their problems.

In my brief time with this client, I helped them achieve their goal of Batches Right First Time. I reviewed batch records for compliance with GMP standards, created spreadsheets to track documentation errors, and created weekly and monthly reports to submit to management.

In this long-term assignment for a national Pharmaceutical company, I was brought on board to work with the Training Department to transition from their training repository system to the Kaplan Learning Management System (LMS) Compliancewire. Uploaded historical data and created curricula for 600+ employees.
