I work with upper management to strategically manage the hiring and recruitment process for the Northern Virginia Region. I source, interview, and hire a diverse candidate pool. I train and advise hiring managers on selecting top talent, as well as manage the internal promotional process. I am a three time Exceptional Achievement Award Winner.

As the co-leader of a business, I was excited to become more involved in personnel management, marketing and logistics, while still interacting with customers.
