Leader of all web and print creative, marketing initiatives and design through the brand lens.- Art direct all studio and lifestyle photo shoots to ensure brand vision is maintained, conveyed and consistent. Manage seasonal photo shoots with a budget of $150,000+.- Lead designer of all printed collateral, website and newsletter art, trade show graphics, and digital and printed advertisements.- Manage a team of four including PR & Social Media Specialist, Marketing Coordinator and Digital Graphic Designer- Manage the development, production and implementation of all print projects - work directly with printer on budget and proofing. Oversee every aspect of the project life cycle including photography, layout, art approval and press check to effectively produce time sensitive deliverables.- Manage an annual marketing budget of $3 million dollars.- Managed a media buy of native content, digital advertisements, wild postings and taxi TV with an agency for $200,000.- Launched Hobo Unplugged, a series of experiential pop-up stores, starting in San Francisco in March 2017 and Soho, New York in November 2017, total budget reaching $500,000. Assisted in all aspects of launching a pop-up including budget, planning, schedule, location, special events, inventory, merchandising, packaging, graphics and printed collateral.- Lead creative and assist conception of the Artisan Series on-going campaign, a series of collaborations with artists to sell one-of-a-kind, bespoke handbags featuring the artist’s work. Worked closely with Virginia Elwood on Hobo x Tattoo and Jemima Kirke (actress on HBO show, Girls) on Hobo x Jemima Kirke, a collaboration featuring hand-painted bags. - Co-managed Hobo’s rebranding initiative in 2016; designed and produced all new corporate ID and worked directly with all other departments to ensure the new vision and voice of the brand was consistent at all touch points.

Learned firsthand from Hobo’s Marketing Director how to conceptualize and implement all facets of a seasonal brand campaign.- Assisted with seasonal marketing concept, storyboards, casting and lifestyle photo shoots. Styled studio photo shoots and worked with the Marketing Director to oversee entire creative process and production of collateral: seasonal look book, postcards, consumer piece, website packaging. - Worked directly with e-commerce website; managed website creative, created content for weekly newsletter blasts, updated Favorites link monthly, and managed all photography and art approval.- Created and managed all corporate and regional trade show ads and marketing opportunities. - Designed and instituted an internal monthly newsletter to highlight new sales, design and marketing information and press callouts. Opened the lines of communication within the company and promoted higher work morale.

- Established and maintained relationships with sales reps, specialty store businesses and consumers. - Managed territories and worked solely with clients in those areas to establish stronger and trusting relationships with clients and sales reps. - Utilized both written and verbal communication skills responding to inquiries, providing feedback and solving problems. - Traveled to LA and Chicago to work at corporate and regional trade shows. Merchandised handbags, sunglasses and belts based on collection and sold the product to specialty stores. *Learned about different regional markets (i.e. what they buy and their target client). - Gained extensive knowledge of the leather handbag and accessories markets. - Assisted the Marketing Director with tracking press, gathering samples and helping with projects to promote the brand.
