Initially, I was hired to create a training program for new STEM assessment authors. Along with my team, I improved processes, created a single source of truth for the team's documentation, worked with stakeholders to determine best practices, and created self-paced online courses for easy and efficient onboarding. The work I did helped not only STEM employees but the other Editorial disciplines as well.I was also brought on to lead the implementation when Editorial switched to a new scheduling software. I helped create a communication strategy for managers and training materials for a smooth transition.

I created clear and comprehensive training materials and help documentation for a client base of 60 school districts, 23 charter schools, 19 private schools, as well as 270 Region 13 staff. I also conducted online and in-person trainings for staff to improve customer service and utilize our learning management system. At the same time, I worked with content experts to develop quick-shot online professional development opportunities for busy teachers.
