Recruitment Manager
Current• Accountable for all activities related to HR recruitments, forecasting when to fill a particular position, diversity and inclusion (D&I), assessing candidates, executing new hire orientations and performing background check• Handling end to end Talent Acquisition role involving sourcing, preliminary screening, scheduling interviews, follow up feedback, compensation, negotiation, generating offer letters, onboarding and post onboarding procedures• Informing job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities and conducting new employee orientations• Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, directories, or resume repositories• Selecting qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate• Reviewing employment applications and job descriptions to match applicants with job requirements.• Developing or implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs• Advising management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs• Recording all recruiting transactions into excel records for future references by way of maintaining an excel database of available Job Seekers and maintaining a complete information data-bank
