Betsy is a multi-skilled professional in the areas of Relationship Management, Sales and Distribution, Marketing Management, and Service and Operations management for diverse industries like Banking and telecommunications.Her Career started at Standard Chartered Bank Uganda as a banking officer rising through the ranks to ATM officer/ Treasury Custodian, Personal Financial Consultant and to Business Financial Consultant in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) before heading into Telecommunications, where she managed Service Center Operations and corporate clients of MTN Mobile Money. In 2014 she joined Exim Bank Uganda as a Relationship, Manager in 2017, she branched into operations as Senior Operations In-charge and Branch Manager in 2018 currently, she is Cluster Head at Diamond Trust Bank. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Makerere University (Second Class Upper) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern and Southern Management Institute. ESAMI (Arusha)
