Negotiated and managed annual contracts and supervised scheduling of one day room rentals. Coordinated all aspects of two major fundraising campaigns. Responsible for all departmental marketing materials and weekly e-newsletter as well as database management.

Located at 469 Jumpers Hole Road, this residential senior living community is scheduled to open in December 2013. The Welcome Center for Brightview Severna Park is now open.The community will feature full-service Independent Living apartments on a monthly rental basis with No Large Entrance Fee. The all-inclusive monthly fee will include private 1 or 2-bedroom apartment homes, exterior and interior maintenance including appliances, full kitchens, washer/dryer, housekeeping, chef-prepared meals, transportation, utilities, a full-time Program Director to coordinate daily programs and social events, plus much more. Community amenities will include a fitness center, beauty/barber shop, internet café, pub, movie theatre and game room.With Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s Care also on campus, Brightview Severna Park brings three important options all together in one convenient community.

In September 2007, our mother was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Her treatment required six months in the hospital. After the first few days, she felt as if the bare walls were closing in on her. We cheered her up by decorating the walls with pictures of her 17 grandchildren. Over time, we became more creative and on each visit redecorated her room with new scenes. Month after month, her room was the talk of the hospital! The nurses, doctors, volunteers, and even other patients stopped in to appreciate the comforting feel of her room. Our mother loved her caring wall, taking great pleasure in watching us decorate, and delighting in the transformation that occurred. Instead of staring at bare hospital walls, she was surrounded by pictures of her loved ones and the concept of our company, CaringWalls, was born. Now CaringWalls offers a variety of theme-based products that are uplifting, cheerful and a great way to display family photos.
