Regent is a global private equity firm focused on innovating and transforming businesses. I joined a global task force to troubleshoot and set the framework to create a shared service operating platform across several of Regent's investee companies.

Emerisque is a London-based investment group focused on global consumer and retail sectors, representing the illiquid investment strategy of the Khaitan Family Office. It operates as a specialist private equity sponsor and as a venture capital investor. Working directly with the chairman, I ran competitive consumer/retail SME transaction processes in the U.S. and Europe, leading to control investments in European lifestyle brand assets which the firm continues to hold. I also managed global reputational risk and public relations for the practice and its investee companies in Europe and the U.S.; including the firm’s first U.S. acquisition, Hartmarx Corporation, won in a highly competitive bankruptcy auction that attracted outsized public interest.I co-created its investment thesis and inaugural U.S. pipeline for venture capital investments.
