This included equipment purchases, staff education, and collaboration with new Cardiology group and other stakeholders.– Passed all hospital inspections – including Joint Commission surveys, Mammography FDA, and Nuclear Medicine State inspections – with zero department concerns.– Achieved ACR accreditation for PET, CT, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).– Department designated as a Breast Center of Excellence within three years.– Assisted with renegotiation of radiopharmaceutical contract to achieve $200K+ savings enterprise-wide.– Maintained oversight of department expansion in year three, including new equipment negotiation and space planning which almost doubled the total area.– Served as Imaging Team Leader for “Prevent Aggressively” breast and lung screening initiatives.– Served as finance team member for special projects.
