Part of the Human Capital Reporting & Analytics group (aka Data Advisory and Reporting Team). Partner with HR Advisers in the Institutional Clients Group to advise and recommend appropriate reporting capabilities for their businesses. Promote & develop standard reports for easier business decisions. Coordinate with groups to deliver reporting solutions both automated and semi-automated. Provide insight to business trends based on reporting provided through key monthly reports (e.g. Human Capital Report suite, Attrition, Headcount Movement by Title). Train users on how to access data and leverage reporting tools including Workday.

Based on business needs, create, maintain and deliver HR metrics to support global & regional leaders. Analyze metrics detailing HC and important HR initiatives. HR Generalist for Global Banking Division (Jan 2007 – Present)• Advise and proactively participate in established HR strategies, policies, and practices for various franchises.• Organize Compensation Committee process for Vice Presidents and Associates to allow greater differentiation of pay based on relative performance.• Advised managers on restructuring items and prepare them for Reduction in Force discussions.• Organized and coordinated Asia Pacific Analyst Compensation Committee and compensation process which included analysis for different countries and aiding bankers in their due diligence to determine appropriate buckets and rankings.

• Wrote a specification for dewatering a dam site near Provo, Utah ($900,000 for construction) in coordination with a cross-functional team working on the construction specification.• Designed and provided technical assistance during construction for a $7 million mine tailing repository for 720,000 cubic-yards of material in Manning Canyon, Utah requiring the supervision of inspectors and coordination with other federal and private entities.• Organized the contract information for multi-million dollar, salinity-removal projects in the Price/San Rafael and Uintah Basin watersheds resulting in more effective oversight of the funding obligations.
