After many years in the financial services industry in roles as varied as developer, system analyst, designer, project manager, consultant, product evangelist, Atlassian platform administrator, and manager, I moved to Appfire where I have had the opportunity to apply my talent for developing efficient and repeatable process frameworks to areas such as service delivery, sales, IT operations, and now Lean Management and organizational optimization.I love learning, sharing knowledge, improving processes, boosting team and organizational productivity, and creating order out of chaos.
