-In charge of Resident Accounts Receivables each month: process rental payments, place late fees on accounts, send out late letters, and file past due accounts with our law firm as needed.-Move outs: Pre-walking apartments and scheduling with vendors for turns, walking apartments to document damages, and "moving out" residents in Yardi.-Move in's: approve prospects using Borror criteria, process deposit and rental payments, and "moving in" residents in Yardi. -Renewals & Notices to vacate: process with proper paperwork and input into Yardi-Invoices: code and input all invoices into Yardi, keeping in mind budgetary parameters.-Office scheduling for all employees

Consult with prospective tenants to determine housing needs, tour apartment models, create leases for new tenants, screen applicants with Fabco, inspect interior and exterior properties, manage maintenance requests, import tenant and property information into Spectra / Yardi, manage renewals and resident retention, organize and conduct resident events once a month, code bills, gather market research, and post relevant content on Facebook and Instagram for Silvertree at Little Turtle.
