-Coordinate in-house fit schedule time and action with different departments specific to each designer label.-Lead weekly fittings with live fit models. Ensure all garments meet company standards, customer standards, and designer vision.-Proactively analyze garments for possible production and inspection complications and assist factories with resolving issues.-Oversee the development of tech packs based on designer’s sketches. Assign specifications, P.O.M & establish grade rules.-Participate and oversee pattern revisions and follow up with comments and specifications to factories.-Coordinate and manage inspection schedule. Follow up on inspection results and troubleshoot to resolve any issues.

-Create first patterns for development styles by draping and drafting.-Transition styles from development to production by analyzing measurements, construction components and setting grade rules.-Ensure company standards are followed; including quality checks through first sample to TOP.-Measure garments and run fittings for all domestic samples.-Provide accurate fit comments for patternmakers and assist with revisions.

-Create initial tech package for knitwear development using Excel templates-Negotiated F.O.B prices for both knitwear and woven products and created B.O.M-Instruct overseas factories in the construction and design details-Assist production team by measuring and inspecting TOP’s

-Produce first patterns from original garments, sketches or specs.-Manage sample room and provide hands on assistance for samplemakers -Create detailed tech packages for overseas factories using Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop-Utilize computerized patternmaking system to create first patterns and digitize for production-Work closely with designers, providing assistance in all facets of the design/fit process.
