Recruited to join new stand-alone business unit created to unlock value of Sears’ biggest proprietary brands. Full P&L responsibility for the $3.5 billion Kenmore business with accountability for all aspects of a highly complex brand with a global supply base. Kenmore, a leader in home appliances, competes across multiple categories including laundry, cooking, dish, refrigeration, floor care, and small kitchen appliances.

Recruited to join new management team in turnaround. Member of Executive Committee with CEO and CFO. Core member of team that completed sale of company. Responsible for overall business strategy, new product development, and all marketing activities for 5 business units. Led brand and product management, e-commerce, design, and editorial teams. Role expanded to include responsibility for Digital Division.
