Insructional Designer
CurrentInstructional Designer: responsible for developing and maintaining the training curricula and programs to support new associates and various, tiered skill positions within Operations. Work with management and subject matter experts to ensure learning and performance support solutions increase the demonstrated capabilities and performance of the intended audience and contribute to business results:• Conducted performance assessments to identify factors influencing associate performance• Conducted learning and task audits to determine what training is needed, identified the audience, and determined the delivery format• Collaborated with managers and subject matter experts to define training content• Built project plans for the design/development of identified solutions• Worked on multiple project concurrently, monitoring activity, progress and time related to project development.
