I am a Human Resources practitioner with generalist expertise that includes talent acquisition, performance and compensation management, policy development and application, regulatory compliance, coaching and counseling, and benefit/wellness plan design and administration. I have supported small to medium-size non-profit and for-profit businesses, working as the sole HR practitioner in addition to leading HR teams. Prior to HBI, I worked as Chief Human Resources Officer with Bricker & Eckler LLP where I evolved the delivery of HR services, identifying and retaining talent in a competitive marketplace, fostering an integrated approach to measuring and rewarding performance, and reducing the cost of benefits.Before relocating to Columbus, OH, I worked for a non-profit legal education, legal research organization, the American Law Institute/ALI-ABA (Philadelphia, PA), and was affiliated with law firms in Dallas, TX and Boston, MA. My career has been defined by delivery of strategic HR support of high-performing workforces.
