Knowit Experience Oslo acquired Creuna in October 2020 to form a leading Nordic creative powerhouse.As a 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 I was responsible for daily operations in our department together with the department director and other team managers. I was the personell manager of a team consisting of graphic, digital, UX, service and motion designers, responsible for their project allocation, well-being, talent development and growth. In my role as a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫, I advised clients on brand platforms, strategies and architecture, name development, branding and rebranding, employer branding and visual identities, as well as communication, marketing and digital experiences.
