Information Security Consultant in a security policy and reporting team responsible for consulting with business units and enterprise in the development, documentation, deployment, communication and management of the information security policy processes, standards, guidelines and strategies. I liaise with business units and enterprise in the identification, measurement, remediation and reporting of security risks and controls. I provide security governance recommendations to management providing assurance to relative business units. I evaluate and make recommendations for information security assurance frameworks, including processes, standards, and assisting with implementation into relevant policies.

I was responsible for supervising and conducting daily data integrity monitoring and analysis, implementing first line risk management strategies and immediate risk remediation and, providing level one help desk support for the CAMM2 system. My team and I compiled and presented daily reports and presentations to upper management on data integrity monitoring outcomes and risk remediation strategies and conducted daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance audits on aircraft, engines and maintenance in order to remediate risk to increase safety. I was responsible for mentoring and conducting professional development training for staff on correct data input procedures, data integrity and, risk management. I supervised successful compliance regarding engineering change processes, maintenance management planning, technical inspection procedures and was a team lead in risk management strategies and internal audits. Additionally, this role requires subject matter expertise on all technical administration. I performed this role on the S70A-9 Blackhawk and MRH90 Taipan.

I was responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Blackhawk helicopters both in barracks and on operations. Common tasks included inspecting, testing, repairing, refurbishing, modifying and recovering S70A-9 Blackhawk helicopters engine, air-frame, hydraulic, radio, navigation, flight control systems and associated ground support equipment. Additionally, I was accountable for interpreting technical publications, regulations and drawings, adhering to safety precautions, and advanced troubleshooting of aircraft and avionics systems.
