Delivery on the needs of asset owners, operators and maintainers have been accomplished through strong relationships, governance, risk management and change control.Project health checks, due diligence and steering successful organisational change are some of my capabilities. Since joining E3 Advisory, I have been advising government and private sector clients on rail, road, energy, water, arts, sporting, social housing and corrections infrastructure projects .In the decade to 2015, I was the infrastructure commercial leader at Transport for NSW and my accomplishments included shaping and delivering the commercial and contractual outcomes of over 50 projects with a value of over $13bn. I have successfully determined program and project delivery strategies, contract packaging and risk allocation to achieve robust and reliable project outcomes.Before joining Transport for NSW, I was assisting clients to deliver infrastructure, defence and technology projects, including advising on risk management, cost, schedule, project performance, procurement, contracts and dispute resolution. During this time, for 2 years, I was the NSW and QLD State Project Manager for Telstra's national broadband rollout. My foundation in infrastructure is project management, site engineering and cost estimating with construction contractors.
