In my roll as Administrator, at EM Plastic my responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, and purchasing as needed issuing purchase orders to suppliers here, and USA.Responsible in deciding the best transport/courier Company to use to transport the product, both for International and domestic freight. Responsible for all A/P for 2 branches and monitor to make sure all documents are received and processed in a timely manner. I am able to work very proficiently in all Microsoft Office applications. My managers rely on my excellent communications skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines. I am the go to person for all sales people looking for product and what the freight charges/timeline, etc will be for potential orders.
