Once the right solution for a customer has been agreed, we assist the broker in progressing through the application process as quickly as possible. We take the stress out of submitting and following up applications to lenders, allowing the broker to focus on their customer and their pipeline. We work in partnership with the broker to ensure that all applications are complete and error-free first time around, reducing the need to re-submit and increasing the speed with which opportunities turn into drawdowns, satisfied customers, referrers and repeat business. We also liaise with the lender once an application is submitted to provide the broker with a regular proactive update about the progress towards completion.We can help with:- Review of documentation for compliance with policy- Submission of loan application to lender’s systems- Follow up of lodged applications to approval and settlement- Complex structures including self-employed, construction, family trusts, multiple securities.

Providing coaching and administrative support, I assist a team of 50 Relationship Managers structure and submit complex home lending applications. My customer centric approach ensures the best possible outcome for the customer while maintaining compliance with bank policy and procedure. I support the entire lending process from structuring the deal, including analysis of financials, complex security arrangements and structuring arguments for credit approval, through to settlement.

As part of the Corporate and Business Banking Customer Service Team I provided support to the wealth solutions arm of the bank and their respective customers. As the first point of contact for the bank’s largest client in the western region I was responsible for dealing with issues and queries from both the client and their customers. I was also required to monitor account openings to ensure compliance with bank policy and AML legislation.
