I am a banking and business leader with extensive experience across a number of functions including Business and Retail Banking, Credit & Risk Management, Operations, Sales, International Banking, Collections, Leadership, Customer Relationship, Stakeholder Management, Coaching & Mentoring, and Training & Development of Teams in technical capabilities. Deep expertise and experience in credit, small business and risk and known for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. Most recently I have been in a credit and operations leadership role in the fintech start up space where I was responsible for credit analysis and underwriting. As a leader, I am passionate about building and developing individuals and teams and providing an environment conducive to deliver results, enablement and empowerment of employees to enable them to thrive.
