Reporting to a variety of managers, responsible for analyzing business requirements and issues then translating their vision into concrete deliverables.• Collaborated with business and IT eCommerce stakeholders to deliver BlackBerry’s Enterprise and Channel Partner on-line stores using hybris software ; partnering with the BlackBerry brand team, took the lead on user interface/experience, content and imagery ; mastered, documented and trained the business on the product manager role ; performed the hybris administrator role, using all the hybris back office cockpits ; introduced new email pages and converted hybris’ B2C accelerator into a BlackBerry branded website/store.• Reviewed the BlackBerry World team’s requirements for media royalty reporting and, drawing on past experience in the Financial Analysis area, challenged the purpose of the reports ensuring they contained the right information for the business needs thereby gaining a respected credibility in the business intelligence area.• Conducted interviews with all BlackBerry application stakeholders and documented the purpose of each application, their interfaces, value and shortcomings – all in an effort to work towards a simplified Data Governance model ; with this information, created an Enterprise BlackBerry Data Landscape Visio diagram - this had never been done before and was subsequently acclaimed at all levels of leadership.• Partnered with BlackBerry executives to deliver a leading-edge solution to their needs for company metrics and results at their fingertips; working closely with the development team, designed a series of business applications for the BlackBerry PlayBook and Smartphone.

Reporting to the Program Manager, responsible for supporting the Bank’s business vision, mission and objectives by providing tactical/operational analytic support.• Conducted extensive analysis with project stakeholders to model current business processes and to evaluate/recommend future business process models; captured process models using a variety of software tools, e.g. Visio, BPM.• Partnered with other members of the Business Analyst team to ensure the successful consolidation of process models at the program level.

Reporting to the Associate Director, responsible for the development and implementation of procedures designed to maintain and/or enhance the integrity of applications.• Conducted an analysis of the existing QA process model and actively solicited team contribution in the establishment of a baseline QA process model resulting in a consistent approach to the QA function.• Established standard templates for QA deliverables that remained flexible in order to meet the changing business/application needs and that resulted in improved delivery timelines and more accurate and consistent documentation.• Created and executed detailed test plans and scripts, of an average of 15 projects and/or project releases annually, in order to verify software functionality, both new and existing (regression), safeguarding the stability of applications being deployed on the Bell Business Portal.• Tracked and reported defects, testing progress and assisted with risk assessments in order to minimize project delivery impacts.
