Key Accomplishments: Member of a new team for global vendor management (2009) which provided for standard vendor setup, created vendor setup instructions for each country, streamlined the oracle cross-validation rules for revenue allowing for easier administration. Improved and standardized the document sequencing process in Oracle to allow for easy setup in future years. Implemented autoreplies in the Altiris ticketing system to allow for increased efficiency in resolving tickets.
