Team Leader of six people, assistant manager to department, learned and performed every function of the department, including managing customer service team that handled hundreds of calls a month from donors and staff. As Special Gifts Administrator processed foreign donations, stocks, mutual funds, property, and IRA gifts, wire transfers, reconciled spreadsheets for month end and run reports, maintained over 30,000 donor records. A member of an interdepartmental team of twelve who developed the new donor web site at www.intervarsity.org. Also a member of the corporate Missions Community Life Committee created to erase the lines between departments and served as chair for a term.

Shiloh was a community of youth (2080 in all) during the 1970's that worked for a common fund and developed curriculum for a bible college. As a student I also worked in the main office as a receptionist.
