Team Leader of six people, assistant manager to department, learned and performed every function of the department, including managing customer service team that handled hundreds of calls a month from donors and staff. Shiloh was a community of youth (2080 in all) during the 1970's that worked for a common fund and developed curriculum for a bible college. As a student I also worked in the main office as a receptionist.
