HCIM's software solutions seamlessly integrate with the industry's leading core claims transaction systems to increase auto-adjudication, speed turnaround times, and minimize errors.Job Duties include but not limited to:• Address and provide support for SymKey Product Software, QNext, Plexis EZ-Cap Clients• Customer Service and Product Support inquiries • Participate in on-site HCIM product client implementations• Follow-up on clients post-install activities In HCIM’s current CRM/Issue tracking systems• Consistently enter client interaction information for all product related issues, bugs, enhancements • Create and modify SymKey queries (SQL) for Batch Processing as requested by clients• Track the Ticket/Support system for Knowledgebase, issue logging, Support and other needs• Communicate with SVP, Product Solutions• Communicate with any client reported product or services deficiencies, enhancement requests, any possible impact (negative or positive ) related to ongoing client relationships and other client or internal communications • Development of a variety of HCIM software documentation. • Work with Technical Development on HCIM product QA and Regression Testing, and providing key feedback to them • Work closely with HCIM clients on user testing of HCIM products, for pilot sites and for product upgrade• User testing- gather statistics on SymKey usage from each client, a minimum of once per year for each client • Build Requirement Documents• Other special projects as assigned

• Responsible for managing, supporting and maintaining updates and configuration of the Managed Care Application System (Linnaeus-Thesys) that tracks the health care of over 11,000 enrolled lives according to the benefits assigned by TRICARE Prime, and more. This system maintains the health care records of Active Duty military families, Military Retirees and their family members that are eligible for the program. • Provides end user application support during the hours of operation of USFHP• Technical lead for application upgrades• Responsible for deploying upgrades across several server environments• Serve as the escalation point for Operations Software• FTP Files• Thorough knowledge of relational databases• Identifies and resolves application issues• Troubleshoot issues and resolve issues • Perform coding, querying, testing, implementation and deploying of changes to application in the Testing and Production environment.• Inload encounter data from external vendors into application system and prepare formatting for reporting analysis purposes• Translate users’ requests into program specifications appropriate to assigned tasks or applications specifications. • Prepare and conduct formal or informal training sessions for users and management.• Establish processes and procedures for IT department and external departments• Communicate Coordinate and Collaborate with all other departments as appropriate and required to facilitate the completion of tasks/goals.• HEDIS Technical resource• Generate Network Analysis Reports and Maps for the use and possibility of network expansion and determine how well we meet the requirements and standards set by DOD • Well-informed background in the managed care industry and business functions.• Department of Defense CAC Security Clearance• Traveled and served as a liaison for communicating industry changes to Managed Care and/or DOD policies and guidelines on the behalf of USFHP Operations department.
