Resolve compliance issues by investigating sourcing discrepancies, complaints and disputes between departments, vendors, contractors and partnering entities. Develop, implement and revise operating practices, systems, policies and procedures governing sourcing and outsourcing (purchasing) methods. Coordinate, review, evaluate and prepare responses to inquires and requests for council actions, resolutions, ordinances, contracts, grants, permits, legal documents and requests from management, city departments, City Manager, council offices, boards, commissions, committees, agencies, taxpayers, vendors, contractors and community stakeholders.
