I have obtained diverse experience in many different systems, applications and processes within in the Service Desk & ITIL areas.I appreciate working with clients (internal and external) and tend to focus more on the end-user; sometimes even in difficult situations. I am passionate about process and workflow related work ensuring the appropriate documentation and training is available when new capabilities are implemented.I like to approach new capabilities in a very organized manner. I enjoy testing each new capability from an end user perspective to ensure usability and to coach and assist while implementing or migrating to new capabilities. I adapt well to the fast change of pace, quickly learning any new processes and procedures. I am a strong and optimistic team player who takes on new challenges with open-mindedness and good organizational skills; yet I can work well as an individual.
