Duties are, provides professional adjudication of Social Security Administration disability claims, to develop and adjudicate decisions for initial claims for Social Security and/or Supplemental Security Income disability benefits in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Duties included but not limited to review unemployment insurance claims for overpayment, establish and investigate fraud and non-fraud overpayment claim, process employer wage audit notices, conduct fact-finding procedures on an overpayment to determine whether the overpayment is due to fraud, process payments and receive and prepare daily deposit, review appeals that are remanded to the overpayment unit, review new hire information received, identify any issue(s) and determine the correct department to address the issue(s) and to perform daily clerical duties and follow-up task in support of overpayment/fraud investigations activities

Responsible for processing claims without interruptions of delays in decision time. Provide a diverse range of information to team members and internal stakeholders on US Federal and State Leave of Absence Law for FMLA and Short Term Disability• Deliver routine and non-routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in timely manner and meets deadlines• Makes routine and non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines• Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standardsCommunicates effectively and provides customer service at every touch point to internal/external stakeholders, recognizes what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to meet customer needs on routine work independently

Work in the HRSC Inquiry Center, serving as Tier 2 support in a centralized HR contact center environment. Provide quality customer service to associates and managers by researching and documenting escalated pay and HR transactional issues, offering resolutions and communicating outcome to the field. Make contact with associates and mangers via inbound and outbound calls, faxes and emails. Partner with appropriate HR group and/or third parties to help resolve and correct issues. • Leave of Absence (LOA) case expert- Manage an average of 25-30 LOA cases daily, ensuring that work actions are in compliance with company SOP and federal/state guidelines. Serve as a HR consultant, educating and providing direction to the field on specific leave types, company exceptions, FMLA requirements and eligibility. • Affiliate Support Group (ASG) team member- Responsible for the daily distribution of the ASG workload to the Affiliate team and designated IC Research Associates. Also work as a HR consultant to Affiliate associates, handling primarily LOA specific requests.• Maintains a superior quality rating of 99.8% in transaction and call handling• Special Project: Participant in the implantation of the Affiliate Support Group (ASG) operating procedures into Knowledge Base to ensure associate compliance with specific affiliate regulations; Electronic ERR Notice pilot and training- tested and confirmed manageability and demonstrated Awarded Team Member of the Month July 2014 and November 2014;
