Running Ad Hoc reports, monitoring workflow trends, track due dates for CAQH attestations, application revalidations, state licenses & board certifications. Knowledge of enrollment requirements for various states: Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Ohio, West Virginia, NC, Iowa, Pennsylvania etc. I have expert level experience processing Medicare, Medicaid & BCBS enrollments to include expert level working in PECOS, Availity, CAQH, AHCA and most payer web portals. I work closely with the RCM team resolving claim processing issues.
