BIOGRAPHY OF BEVERLY ROLLINSBeverly Rollins is a highly respected real estate professional, recognized in Who’s Who in Corporate Real estate, with an impressive work history combined with a variety of proven and industry-related credentials. In addition to possession of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with a double minor in Finance and Law from Georgia State University, Beverly also holds certifications as a Master of Corporate Real Estate, MCR, a Certified Property Manager, CPM, and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager, (CCIM). Her experience is extremely well-rounded and diversified which encompasses over 20 years in light industrial, Class A office, and retail/restaurant space. Currently as Real Estate Manager with CB Richard Ellis, Beverly is accountable for property management of approximately 2 million square feet of industrial space in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Other key corporate affiliations which attest to her real estate track record include Asset Manager for Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc., Director of Real Estate Asset Management with Morrison Fresh Cooking, Real Estate Manager with Norrell Corporation and Medaphis Corporation and Property Manager for Rollins, Inc.
