Coordinate a broad range of administrative duties in the areas of Human Resource Management; the Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act Programs; Electronic Records Management; Official and Commercial Mail Management; Printing and Publications, and management of an administrative financial budget of 500K.Serve as a financial billing official for Headquarters First Army and ensure budgets are monitored for disbursement with no funding shortfalls in any of the administrative program areas.Review and analyze all Freedom of Information/Privacy Act requests ensuring they are processed in accordance with the federal laws and statutes.Oversee the review of sensitive, unclassified and, personally identifiable information for public release to ensure that withheld personal information is properly protected.Department of the Army
