I have over 20 years of extensive experience in consulting with human resource managers and supervisors regarding policy and procedural development, implementation of Employee Assistance Programs, and dealing with employees with performance issues. I develop and conduct training programs on a wide range of topics such as workplace violence, customer service and dealing with difficult people. I have experience in the clinical assessment and counseling of employees with substance abuse, mental health, and family/marital problems. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Education Degree in Counseling and Personal Services from the University of Maryland, and a Graduate Certificate in Employee Assistance Programs from Loyola College.
