Current- Manage teams of 1 to 20 learning experience designers on projects to create custom and engaging e-learning, virtual and in-person instructor-led learning, printed self-paced learning and videos for a wide variety of.
- Develop comprehensive, blended learning solutions for a variety of MOOCs.
- Engage learners in empathy interviews and user testing to understand their learning desires and experiences.
- Consult with learners, cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to perform needs and task analyses, conduct content gap analysis, develop learner personas and identify learning solutions in learner.
- Identify expected learner outcomes and learning objectives, and develop assessment strategies and instruments to measure success.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to communicate the learning experience vision and how it is reflected through storytelling and innovative learning activities.
