My responsibilities included agent recruiting, retention, training and oversight of all daily brokerage activities, managing between 5 and 10 agents at all times. Under my leadership the team doubled office production each year, during a down market. I was also responsible for the trust account and all matters related to disbursement of trust monies.

Provided Marketing Consulting on a contract basis, for the transition from construction to an operating business, as well as coordinating the Grand Opening. Facilitated the search for the Chef, including sourcing prospects, evaluating and interviewing canditates. Wrote and edited advertising and Website text. Also provided marketing services for Sweet Peas Hostel, owned by the Owners of Lexington Avenue Brewery.

Broker/Co-Owner of Real Living Connect. Sold to Real Living Carolina Property Dec. 31, 2009.

Provided excellent service and results to both buyers and sellers of WNC Real Estate. Sold in excess of 7.5 million in 2006, my last full year with the firm. Gained broad market knowledge through experience in the South Office location 1997-2001, Biltmore Park 2001-2003, and finally the Downtown office 2003-2007. Served on Beverly-Hanks & Associates Agent Advisory Board.Returned to Beverly-Hanks Downtown Office in November of 2014.
