Life is an adventure, and change is good. Your sale or purchase of property is usually a sign of big changes, or adventures, to come. While it often seems like a daunting challenge, you’ll benefit from the hints, tips, and tricks I’ve learned along the way.“If an iguana bites me one more time, I’ll go sell real estate.” My coworkers at the time had a good laugh when I said that. The next day, I interviewed with a broker who asked about the bandage on my hand. At first glance, there may not be an obvious link between conservation and real estate. I have been involved in real estate since 2017, and what I bring to your transaction is the same care and attention for clients that I previously gave to endangered species.Guiding people through their real estate adventure affords me the opportunity to be an asset to my community. It doesn’t matter what you need, whether big or small, Better Call Paul!I was born and raised in the Cayman Islands. After many years of beaching and diving, I traveled to Western North Carolina and discovered a passion for mountains and rivers. My wife and I were driving through Lake Lure in 2019 and just plain decided to stay. I can be found most days hiking, gardening, or indulging my interest in nature photography.
