Bev Ross is the General Manager of the Native Fish Lab of Marsh & Associates, LLC. The Native Fish Lab is dedicated to efforts that promote conservation, recovery, and public education on behalf of the community of imperiled native fishes of the desert southwest. She works remotely from Bainbridge, Ohio where she serves as an elected official and utilizes her her skills for the betterment of her community through local busines partnerships, holding a seat on a number of boards, and in varying volunteer roles. She breeds and raises Nigerian dwarf goats and mini Nubian goats on her small farm, and has a menagerie of egg laying fowl, miniature donkeys, a pet steer, as well as cats and dogs. When you need to find her on the farm, she's typically looking for a system or process to improve while being trailed closely by any number of hooves, feet, or paws. Sharing stories and inspiring others to share their own is her passion.Her top five Clifton Strengths are Activator, Input, Ideation, Futuristic, and Connectedness. As a leader with multiple strengths with strategic thinking themes, her zone of genius is identifying and analyzing existing systems, comparing them to stated goals, and cultivating novel and efficient ways to align them.
