Part of senior leadership team responsible for of marketing, PR, crisis and internal/external communication for the University of Louisville.I define the visual strategy of the university academic/hero brand, determining the look, feel and tone of the University of Louisville and manage a team to bring this to life through print, digital and physical experiences. I help ensure a consistent appearance and personality in work created across all decentralized units, departments and campuses, as well as by external partners and vendors.

Created, managed and extended the brand design platform for UofL, enforced the policy and enhanced campus understanding of our guidelines through training and 1:1 support. Served in lead print and digital designer roles and supplemental front-end development roles as needed.Managed a small team of full- and part-time designers and interns through creative direction and project management in the areas of print, UI/UX, and web/mobile design.
