Leading two teams and coordinating initiatives with the aim to standardise how consumer balance information is handled internally across the company. During this journey we went from sky-high incident scores to record lows, with no major incident in more than one year. We modernised the tech stack and started focusing on the needs of our internal consumers, making it easy for them to understand the information we provide and providing tooling for troubleshooting and analysis that support internal Strategy and planning. Currently I am leading the first LLM (ChatGPT) based initiative in this part of Klarna, having also constantly worked with microservices / API based applications.

Developing new payment solutions within the B2B environment.I was responsible for identifying opportunities in the B2b fintech ecospace, interviewing potential consumers, hiring and getting insights from consultants and bootstrapping mockups. In parallel to that, the usual work of defining and prioritising the backlog and developing the UX foundation.Built up the company from the ground, starting with me and the CEO as the only employees and reaching 14 people when I left. I left because the group owning the company decided to change directions, removing the CEO and focusing on building a factoring system for a specific bank related to the group, thus changing the original vision of the company.

Responsible for creating a Machine Learning based SaaS product, going through all stages from ideation to first releases. My tasks included: handling product discovery, business development & partnership building, roadmap & backlog management. I also supported the strategy around the machine learning implementation and tests. The main challenge here is bringing Agile methodologies and Innovation to a traditionally conservative industry.During the first months of this product I spend substantial time in the field, interviewing potential customers, partners and stakeholders. With time (and some pivoting of previously established ideas) we started to formalise partnerships across the industry for creating a prototype of the new product. By then my focus gradually changed towards the product development aspect of it, Managing the roadmap and Prioritising a backlog of tasks that also included running discovery sessions, A/B tests, roadmaps, User Experience (UX) development, etc.

Being the most senior member of the team, I manage relationships with stakeholders and influenced Royalties product development, with the goal of helping the company to scale up, increase calculation transparency & reporting quality and allow for more dynamic music contracts. Typical tasks include working in a cross-functional team to identify ways to improve the royalty calculation system by interacting with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with ideation, roadmap planning and analysis of implemented contracts. I was also responsible for improving the way of working within Royalties, making it more Agile and repeatable.

Developing data analysis and process automation for Publishing Royalties at Spotify. My main goal was guaranteeing the music industry would have their royalties calculated and reported correctly and in time. I achieved that by implementing and testing new contracts and auditing current contracts. This work, combined with interactions with the musical industry, Royalty Accounting and the Tech team allows me to make reporting more efficient and develop a holistic view of the Music Publishing industry.

Responsible for developing Business Intelligence dashboards and data extraction processes for enhancing the efficiency of the Revenue Management department of the company. These tasks and responsibilities enabled better forecasting, centralized in a single database information concerning different Revenue of the hotels and allowed Revenue Managers to manage more hotel properties at the same time. I was the technical leader of the team and had the responsibility on planning the new projects and delegating the tasks across the team.
