Create summary reports on Word for each department such as live processing, production processing, and supporting departments (Sales, Logistics, Engineering, etc.). • Work alongside the Director of Business Process Transformation on the company’s EAM Project. The scope of the project is implementing an asset management software that will help track the true cost of maintenance. Thus, allowing the company to make accurate and effective business decisions based on equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. • Constant communication with managers in facilities located in Delaware and North Carolina to understand their process flows, collect asset data, and train mechanics/management on vWorks software. Keep Excel master data spreadsheets up to date and use Outlook daily. Add assets into Oracle EBS and make changes to existing assets. Add new users into vWorks and make necessary changes to existing users. Attend meetings with VP’s/Director’s, management, and third party to review the project’s progress.
