Gary earned degrees in Economics and Political Science from Clemson University before serving in Eastern Europe with a global NGO. He went on to serve as a Project Manager, Marketing Director and Senior Vice President with an international development firm and a regional redevelopment group. In 2014, he received his South Carolina Real Estate License and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. Gary joined the KDS team in 2016.As Associate Broker at KDS, Gary represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all asset classes with a focus on the industrial sector. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail and commitment to exceeding expectations continue to benefit his clients. Gary is a native of Greenville and enjoys playing an active role in the community, volunteering with Homes of Hope and Fostering Great Ideas. In 2018, Gary was appointed by South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster to serve on Greenville County’s Foster Care Review Board. In his free time, Gary, his wife and three children enjoy hiking, camping, spending time with friends and are active members of Downtown Presbyterian Church in Greenville.
