In my role at Thrive I help to set Project Engineering standards as well as perform complete on-boarding and project work for some of Thrive's largest and most high-profile clients. Thrive has allowed me an opportunity to train and mentor junior engineers and help develop the Project Implementation practice of a rapidly growing IT Services company. In my time at Thrive I've built Data Centers in Europe, advised Fortune 500 Companies, and helped Start-ups "start up" with a strong focus on IT strategy and security. The best part, by far, of my work at Thrive is that it's allowed me to help other engineers grow technically and (hopefully) as people and professionals.
